Our place at Le Corboulo sleeps 4-5 in simple accommodation. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, eating out possible, inland beaches and things to do and see within a 5km radius. There is a covered games area with equipment, barbecue and garden furniture for the courtyard.

Le Corboulo is a quiet hamlet with working farms and a workers restaurant (midday), while a 1km level cycle ride away (cycles available) is St Aignan with 2 shops, 2 bars and a (midday) restaurant, and the dramatic gorge at the foot of the Guerledan barrage. .

One of a pair of 18th century cottages which with barns and a house dated 1753 share a gated courtyard. The left hand cottage has a large traditional lounge with original slate slab floor, fireplace, kitchenette including dishwasher, washer/drier and fridge freezer, Armoire; spiral staircase to landing with bathroom/WC, two double bedrooms and a single bed in a curtained alcove. A maximum party size would be 5 for this house.

The gated courtyard in front of the cottages provides play and barbeque space, and the adjacent open fronted barn has a hard floor for activities in wet or very hot weather. There is a meadow with trees of about 3/4 of an acre to the rear which is not fenced and leads down to a small stream. The village road in front has infrequent but sudden farm traffic, so young children need to be kept to the courtyard.
