Yes we've done it again ! 

We had 60+ Litres of last year's product to make a dent in, and pressed 250 more litres this year. Preliminary results indicate faster winter fermentation than normal, so a great deal of dry cider will be in circulation soon!


St-Aignan Chrysanthemum Festival - delightful country fête including music from us and local musicians, mushroom displays (deadly!), roast chestnuts, crêpes, drinks - oh yes and lots of chrysanthemums destined for the cemetery on Nov 1st.
