We had to run the event early this year and this made a dent in the turn-out, but the output stayed up to standard at about 200 litres. It has been of very high quality this year and some is still left for sampling in 2004 ! We always press more than this and heartily encourage our helpful friends to take away as much juice as they like to ferment back home.
